Tithe Ethical Consumption Movement (TECM) is a social innovation platform organized by Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES) connecting the government, corporate, social enterprise and volunteer to strengthen the development of social entrepreneurship, as well as the promotion of ethical consumption in Hong Kong.
